We battled some harsh backlighting for beautiful F’s first birthday shoot but the halo only serves to accentuate how sweet she is! Everyone was all smiles during our it’s-finally-not-snowing session – even the dog! Check out the rest of her preview on Facebook.
Our challenge this week was backlighting – one of my very favorite ways to photograph portraits…and pretty much everything else 🙂 I just love the softness it creates and the opportunities for some unique sun flares. Side note: I’ve been avoiding shooting my Canon 50mm f/1.4 wide open but have recently fallen back in love...
