The holidays are the perfect time to do just that. So what is a Loudoun Local? To me, it is someone who lives here, or works here, and loves it here in Loudoun County. June Jewell is a fine & graphic designer residing in Purcellville. She is known for her colorful animals done in acrylic paint on canvas, but has more recently been obsessed with watercolor paints on paper. She has a wide variety of work available for hanging or framing, some on her website, but mostly it covers the walls of her home & she has piles of work in her studio.
Her most requested works are custom & colorful pet portraits on stretched canvas. She can also include decorative elements, flowers, plants, etc. or items such as a favorite toy. All she needs from you is a picture of the subject animal in an either sitting or standing position & a favorite color for a background.

Holiday Bakers is a seasonal pop up bakery offering high quality, homemade baked treats. Truffle Brownies, shown here, make a wonderful addition to your dessert table or as a gift for teachers, co-workers, and friends. Available for pick up in November and December in Leesburg VA.
