Yesterday I shared two images from a very special session last week for my weekly photo challenge. I’m so excited to be able to share some more with you today!
A few weeks ago I got an email from a fellow photog I did a session for last year (check out her blog here). Her 10th wedding anniversary was coming up and she had this incredible idea – to put back on her original gown, rent a tux for her husband, put her gorgeous daughter in a flower girl dress and her adorable son in a suit…and take some wedding photos!
I was thrilled, albeit a little nervous being that I am not a wedding photographer; however, I have to say this is definitely one of my favorite sessions that I’ve ever done, both in the concept and in execution. And if you know me even a little bit by reading my posts, you know I am not easily impressed with myself. We did the shoot over at the stunning Morven Park in Leesburg, VA (with permission, of course) and the lighting was beautiful.
