Your session will be rescheduled if:
- Loudoun County public schools are closed (delays may affect sessions that are booked at or before 10am)
- there is ice present on the roads
- the temperature is predicted to be below 40 degrees
- wind is predicted to be more than 8 miles per hour
- there is active precipitation and you have an outdoor session planned, or it is causing potentially hazardous road conditions
Safety is my first priority, not only for myself but for you as well. You’ll hear from me the day before whenever possible or at the latest 3 hours prior, by text at the number you provide with alternative dates. Rescheduling is always my last resort and will be at my discretion, depending on each unique session and situation.
