There is no minimum order requirement. Detailed item descriptions and sample photos are available in your ordering gallery.
Following the order deadline, orders will be processed and delivered to your school in 4-6 weeks at no additional charge. Some schools request direct shipping home only and a shipping fee will apply.
Not all products are available after the initial ordering period. Order early for the best pricing and product availability.

FAQs
Q: What products are available?
A: You will be able to choose from print packages, a la carte prints, popular school products, and digital files. Everything in the online store has a detailed description and example photos. Please review these carefully before ordering as they contain important information.
Q: I want a print package, but can I divide it up between my kids?
A: Packages (and a la carte prints, such as: wallets set of 8, 3.5×5 set of 4, and 5×7 set of 2) can only be of one image. The photo you add to cart is the one that will be printed. Please ensure you select the correct photo.
For example: if you order a package of class photos, you will receive a package of class photos. Although we do our best to catch mistakes before they go to print, we can not be held liable for correcting them.
Q: What was that about a free class photo?
A: An 8×10 class photo print will be included as a bonus with purchases of print packages A-F, “Create Your Own”, and/or digital files of individual portraits until your school’s unique advertised due date with a limit of one per student per order, when available. This offer does not apply to purchases of sibling photos or other groups.
Please note: a la carte wallets set of 8, 3.5×5 set of 4, and 5×7 set of 2 are not considered print packages and do not include a free class photo.
Q: How do I make sure you know I want the free class photo?
A: The class photo will be added to applicable orders automatically. You do not need to do anything. There is a limit of one per student per order.
Q: If I see more than one group photo, can I choose which I receive for free?
A: You will receive the traditional class photo with your purchase of print package or digital file. You may purchase one of the alternative photos separately, if available.
Q: What if I only want the class photo?
A: Class photos can also be purchased separately as a la carte prints or products.
Q: Can you Photoshop that?
A: Yes! Portrait retouching is available as an add-on service. To purchase portrait retouching, simply add it to your order along with the desired product. The fee is per image. Please include your specific requests in the notes section. If no notes are made, no retouching will be done.
Q: What if I do not consent to the model release?
A: A no-charge “Opt-Out Model Release” is available in your online store. Simply add this to your order to ensure your child’s photo does not appear online outside of this private gallery.
