With 100% online ordering, parents can view and purchase their child’s photos from their phone, couch, or sidelines. No paper order forms. No lost checks. No headaches. Just a smooth, modern system that makes life easier for everyone involved.

We know game day doesn’t always go according to plan. As a seasoned youth sports photographer, I’m used to pivoting when schedules change, kids show up late, or weather throws a curveball. I’ll roll with whatever the day brings, no stress, no fuss.

Questions And Answers
What should athletes bring?
If their sport uses gear (like a bat, glove, helmet, ball, or stick) they should bring it with them! Props make the photos more personal and fun. Don’t worry: I’ll send out a reminder before picture day so everyone knows what to bring.
Can you take photos inside or outside?
Either! I’m flexible! I can set up indoors and add a clean digital backdrop in post-production or work outside if the weather’s nice and the location is photogenic. We’ll decide together what makes the most sense based on your league’s space, schedule, and preferences.
Can siblings be photographed together?
Yes! If you have siblings in the same league, I’d love to photograph them together. I just ask that parents opt in ahead of time so I can plan accordingly. I’ll include that option in the pre-picture day email.
Is there a fundraising option?
Yes! I offer a built-in fundraising program that gives 10% of net proceeds back to your league. It’s automatic; no extra work required from you, and it’s a great way to boost your league’s budget while giving families portraits they’ll actually want to keep.
Do you take more than one photo of each athlete?
Absolutely! Each athlete gets a few minutes in front of the camera with at least three different poses. Parents will be able to choose their favorite(s) when ordering.
How do team photos work?
I handle all the logistics of team photos on picture day, coordinating with coaches and keeping everything moving. Team shots are quick, easy, and make for a great keepsake. Side note: I also gift every coach in each photo one 8x10 print as a thank you.
How do parents order photos?
Everything is done online. No paper forms, no checks, no envelope math. Parents will receive a secure link to a private gallery where they can view their child’s proofs and order what they love.
How are the photos delivered?
Orders will be shipped directly to families. Your coaches have enough to do, they don’t need to worry about handing out orders! For smaller leagues, I can batch deliver for distribution. I’ll coordinate all of that with you ahead of time.
