I mentioned that I’m trying to explore new places. I was excited to meet this family again at Rust Nature Sanctuary in Leesburg VA. Just minutes off the craziness that is Route 7 Business, this quiet oasis offers open fields of tall grass and a path to a pond. There is also a historic manor house on the property that was being set up for an event while we were there, but I imagine would make a beautiful backdrop as well and add a little extra variety to your gallery.
And let’s not forget how mom and dad asked for a picture without the kids! This is so important – parents, please remember to ask your photographer for just one quick shot of you. You’ll be so happy you did! And so will your kids. Someday, they will look for photos of you. What will they find?
