We watched the weather for days before our session, and it looked like we were going to get a small rain-free window right at our scheduled time. Instead, there was a very light drizzle – which was just enough to cool off the weather, have the playground all to ourselves, and bring out the beautiful greenery around us.
As a family photographer in Leesburg, VA I just love getting to do something new and unique. This session was certainly one for the books!
The family had just celebrated Baby S’ first birthday the day before, so everyone was still pumped from all of the excitement and they were just full of smiles. It takes a really fun bunch to be open to shooting in a little bit of rain, and I am so happy they did!
