Yes, you read that right – I’m getting a smidge personal on the blog today. I had a lovely Mother’s Day in Annapolis, MD with my incredible husband and our two beautiful daughters. I also spent the better part of my afternoon trying to keep my toddler on a boat – but it was totally worth it. We enjoyed a 90 min trip out to see the Thomas Point Lighthouse on board a vessel from Cruises on the Bay. I wanted to share a few shots since it was a gorgeous day with blue skies (but just enough clouds to keep it interesting) and great weather. Plus, I took the photos, so I might as well share them. I hope you also had an enjoyable (maybe slightly less dramatic) Mother’s Day!

Above, me with the girls who gave me a Mother’s Day; below, why I’ll never need a selfie stick.
