This is going to be a pretty big overshare. I am among some amazing maternity photographers in Washington DC and I have to put these pictures out into the world. I adored working with this family. The love between them is palpable. Sweet Big Sister can not wait for her new baby to arrive. She was thrilled to be able to celebrate with a photo session! We lucked out with gorgeous weather in January; nearly 70 degrees (yeah, remember that?)! We decided to take advantage of the beautiful backdrop at Rust Nature Sanctuary.
It’s really important that these photographs celebrate all of the different relationships here – mom and daughter, stepdad and stepdaughter, and big sister to baby sister, as well as the four of them. They make such a beautiful family. I am so happy for them.
