Consistency is key. Whether you can go every two weeks, once a month every 3 months. Make it consistent. Your body will feel that repetition and reap the benefits.
Don’t just settle. If you don’t leave a massage feeling all of the above, it is not the right massage therapist for you. Get referrals. Try a few people out to see what best fits your needs!
