We weren’t quite sure what the weather was going to do, but luckily we were able to sneak in our session around all of the rain last week. The light at Morven Park is just amazing this time of year. Baby O is quite skeptical of the outdoors and of strangers, but I was thrilled when I caught a handful of smiles from her! One of my favorite things about photographing older babies and toddlers is how authentic they are with their emotions. What I particularly love about this little girl is how intense her gaze is – just look at those eyes; you can tell she is really taking everything in and trying to figure everything out. There is an old soul in there. This beautiful family purchased one of my Grow With Me packages – so luckily, I will get to photograph them at least two more times in the upcoming months!
