I’ve been watching this family grow for years. Ever since Big Sister was younger than her twin brother and sister are now. It is a pleasure to photograph them each year, and see how much they’ve changed and grown. It was raining when we arrived at our location, but as they say, you can’t have a rainbow without the rain! And I mean that literally, here. We waited it out and were treated to a lovely show in the sky. And then we had a wonderful time running among the flowers. If you’ve never been to Fields of Flowers in Purcellville, you should totally check it out. They have rows and rows of gorgeous flowers and it’s pick-your-own. The kids had a great time putting together a small bouquet. Having a fun activity also takes some of the pressure off. They were freer to relax and be themselves, which makes my job easier! Look at those genuine smiles and belly laughs. These kids were having fun, and that is what my style is all about.
