This lucky family won my 1000 Fans Giveaway from back in July! I first met this gorgeous mama when she participated in my model call for the Public Breastfeeding Awareness Project. She is just so sweet with a truly calming presence and a beautiful family. We met on a gorgeous if not slightly chilly day at Morven park in Leesburg VA. They drove all the way from Maryland to see me – one of my favorite things about being a family photographer in the Washington DC area is that you can come from all over and still be just an hour away. This little guy was so much fun – he totally just had a mind of his own and was really into the environment, which I think made for some super adorable shots of him just being himself 🙂 I really enjoyed catching up with them and being able to photograph everyone together.
