You might remember this sweet family from their maternity session not long ago. They were my first post-COVID photo shoot. I was thrilled to also be their Annandale VA newborn photographer. As you can imagine, a newborn session looks a bit different these days.
A few precautions, for those wondering. I wear freshly laundered clothes, I’m barefoot here but brought clean socks to put on before I entered their home, I keep a mask on the entire time, sanitize my equipment when I arrive, and use hand sanitizer throughout the session. I never touch you, your baby, or other kiddos. (Yes, it’s super hard for me to not high five them!) I ask that you are home from the hospital at least 2 weeks and haven’t had any guests over who were showing symptoms of or may have been exposed to COVID-19.
Now, back to the sweetness that is this new babe.
