One of the most commonly asked questions I get is, “We don’t have family pictures taken because my child hates having their picture taken. How are you going to deal with that?” Truth be told, these are my FAVORITE clients. As a photographer, I think this is where I really shine and what separates me from the rest. I think what it boils down to is, I truly enjoy children and do not get my feathers all ruffled so easily. Of course, I’ve been on the other side of the camera and know how frustrating it can be if your child won’t sit/smile, but the truth is, so few do that. I am often commended on my patience for “dealing” with this.
I’m not going to give away all my secrets here (but if giveaways are your thing – check out the one I have going on!!) If a picture says a thousand words, then let these previews from my session last weekend tell you all about them. Mom was so funny and laid back, and kept telling me she only wanted “one good one” – I think I got more than that, don’t you?? Would you have ever guessed that Beautiful H didn’t LOVE having her picture taken? And she is certainly not my first, or last, successful shoot 🙂
